How much will this cost me?

The total cost to build a location varies anywhere from $172,000- $367,000 ALL IN. You're probably wondering why such a wide investment range. Well, this investment range varies so greatly because of several different factors. We have three different business models; a food truck, a kiosk model or a brick & mortar model. Depending on which model you decide to build, depending on factors such as what state you 're in, the square footage of the space you want to lease, what condition the space is in, all of these factors will determine where you fall within this investment range.


I don't have enough liquid capital, am I still able to qualify?

Don't be discouraged if you don't have this much money in liquid capital available up front. If you have a minimum of $100,000 liquid, you may be able to qualify for a loan to fund the remaining balance of your initial investment. The good news is, we are an approved SBA business which will help expedite your process if you do qualify.


How can I find out if I qualify for a loan?

We have funding specialists that we work with which we can refer you to (if you would like, or you can use your own sources if you have them). The specialists will go over what is needed and they will let you know if you qualify to be pre-approved for a loan if that is the road you plan to take.


What is included in the investment range of $200,000-$393,000?

This is the cost to get the ENTIRE restaurant open and operating.

  • Our franchise fee of $40,000 is already factored into the investment range.
  • Initial working capital of $25,000-$50,000 is factored in, which means you will have money leftover in the bank to start your business.
  • Build-out, design, construction/renovation, furniture, fixtures, inventory, equipment, all of this is included in the investment range provided.
